I have bought so many things here. Laptops, phones and gifts. They always make a really good deal if you buy more than one item and the staff are really friendly and helpful. I met the manager the other day and you can see why the staff have been there for a long time! Well managed!

Jb neglected their warranty responsibilities despite verbal and written communication of the updated policy.
I had a faulty product that was well within their warranty period. Instead of dealing with the product themselves, they required me to contact a third party via phone despite already being in store. I had to spend time on hold, print out shipping information, go to a post office, pay for packaging, send off the item, wait for assessment and repairs, and then go to the post office again to collect the item - with a great deal of waiting in between with no usable item.

The whole idea of buying in store is to have a physical store and in person customer service team that enables you to avoid the hassles of being on hold, printing off labels and running around to post offices.

Despite discussing this with staff they still refused to take any responsibility.

We had a awesome day about a week ago when we walked into Jb hifi in Shellharbour square the salesman Ethan was professional and knew the products he was selling we bought a Samsung tv and soundbar it was a pleasure to deal with him also everyone else were nice and professional. We recommend this store if you are looking for appliance everyone are nice and helpful.
Today the two young men who delivered and installed it were also very professional easy to communicate with and a pleasure to deal . Awesome from the purchase to the install
