Michelle has a talent for dodging emails, calls and promising to call you back “once I finish the phone call I’m on”. However after 5 months of weekly chasing her for the quote for our families dream holiday, we gave up and went elsewhere. My family has had a previously good experience with her and we were shocked to see how poorly and unprofessionally she behaved. We are very understanding and if it was simply too large a trip to handle, we would have respected that. It took our new agent only 2 weeks and 1 face to face meeting to arrange all the details for our large family. Please save your time, sanity and a huge amount of money (in massive flight price increases) and go elsewhere.

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Michelle at Jayes Travel. She not only booked our flights incorrectly, which resulted in us flying separately. This was particularly stressful for my elderly parents as I am their carer. Despite our pleas for assistance via phone, email, and messages over three days, Michelle was unresponsive and when we did speak she claimed it would be too expensive to rectify the issue. This has caused us immense stress and inconvenience during what should have been a straightforward travel arrangement. We expected much better service. Terrible start for our trip.

Due to medical issues we had to cancel our amazing holiday last minute that we spent months booking however this was not an issue at all! Service is always above and beyond what you would get if you went anywhere else
