Sid is my favourite person of all time! He has made the process of designing our wedding sooo easy and joyful. He regularly checked in to see how things were going, he thought of every little detail and his design ideas are amazing. The floral artistry is just impeccable. And everything went so smoothly during the day, we never even saw Sid and his team. Amazing work!

Everything that Jay & I Events designs is absolutely stunning. I couldn't believe how beautiful everything looked on the day of my wedding - it was more beautiful that I could have imagined. I just gave Sid a couple photos from Pinterest to indicate the vibe I was looking for (yellow, temple, South Indian, marigolds & banana leaves) and designed the rest. The picture speaks for itself. I will add better ones when I get them back from the photographer.

Sid was so unbelievably helpful and extremely responsive. Right before the wedding, so many people told me I looked so calm, and it really was because I could trust that the team at Jay & I would do an amazing job.

I'd also like to note that I probably spent way less than the average Indian bride on our wedding, and a small fraction compared to most of my cousins and friends in both the US and India. And my family and friends said that the wedding was the most elegant Indian wedding they had been to! We focused our budget on flowers for the mandap, and didn't spend on large floral arrangements for tables nor for the aisles. I had contacted a number of other notable Indian decorators around London, and on a per item basis, Jay & I was only 5-10% more expensive than other decorators. However, their inventory is of much higher quality than others, so I think it is completely justified and worth it. While much of their portfolio is for very grand weddings, I think they do an amazing job for weddings at any price range.

This October we had the pleasure of working with Shrianka at Jay and I Events when we were booked by the clients for Wedding Coordination.

Shrianka was very helpful leading up to the wedding when re-confirming setting up, changeover and breakdown timings for a whole day wedding and reception with 600 guests.

Shrianka went the extra mile to ensure the mandap looked at its best when there was a small hiccup at the venue. She picked up my call from the venue the night before the wedding and was happy to discuss solutions and delivered the solution on the morning of the wedding. Her calm approach to the problem put me at ease and helped me put our bride at ease.

The Jay & I events team was punctual and very professional on the day. They were truly a dream to work with and the beautiful decor speaks for itself. We hope to work with you more in the future.

Considered them for my wedding given that their arrangements are fantastic, no doubt about that, hence they get stars. Unfortunately that can't be said for their sales team; once they knew that my one event would not be a five-figure booking, they simply stopped replying to my enquiry emails and didn't return any calls (16 months ahead of the event, no excuses).

If you're big budget, then go ahead, their artistry speaks for itself. If you value your sales experience, then think about it - they never even bothered to send me a quote. I can't speak for their customer service, given that I was never a customer. Disappointing.
