Customer service communication is very poor. And the 2 women out front don’t care , make excuses and then put the blame back on you.
Ended up waiting well past appointment time.
With a bit of communication in the beginning it could have solved the issue.

Jax Tyres Warilla get to the bottom of nothing! After purchasing 4 new Hankook tyres (with 80,000kms warranty) my car travelled 61,000kms over a 3 year period and the tyres needed replacing. I returned the car to Jax for inspection of tyres at 10,000kms and 20,000kms intervals and at the 30,000km inspection they decided to record in their files only that, as officially the first inspection, which so happens to void the warranty. Unbeknownst to me they conveniently never recorded my first 2 inspections however West Nowra did my the following inspections and informed me they needed replacing at 61,000kms. All of this occurred within 3 years. I did contact Head Office in Sydney to no avail they passed the buck a franchise and were less than helpful. Avoid Jax Warilla if you value money for service or get screwed! Yours sincerely,

While stuck with the caravan in Ulladulla with no local mechanics available for a week or so, jax tyres and auto warilla were able to fit us in the following day and get us back on the road.

A follow up issue occurred a few weeks later, luckily we had gone to a the jax chain as we were able to slot into the port Macquarie chain and have the issue rectified free of charge.

Big thanks to Josh and the team, Exceptional service and no over charging as can be done to stuck tourists.

Always take my cars here. No matter how busy they are they always seem to fit you in.
Nice waiting room if you want to hang around and wait with coffee, wifi and a big table to sit at.
Very trustworthy place to take your car.

Had a tyre replaced and one week later the same tyre blew out. After speaking to someone over the phone we were told to bring the car in for a free tyre replacement. Came in for our appointment and before they changed the tyre was told we would have to replace for full price as the guy we spoke to was away, they don’t honour their word.

Received an email saying my complimentary service for the tyres was due. It really was a free service the booking in took less than 1 minute. The tyres were checked and the car ready to go within 15 minutes. Highly recommend the Warill Jax Tyre service

Large time delay due to urgent repair to another vehicle which was frustrating. Eventually realised the inconvenience and very apologetic. Offered free wheel alignment which is appreciated. Will use them again
