Averi from Jasper & Lane Events is totally amazing. I was a DIY bride and Averi was very helpful in keeping me on schedule. She really helped me to focus my ideas with the type of wedding that I envisioned and not to go too big. She was able to get all of my abstract explanations and really brought my visions to life. She was great at communicating with us and answering all of our questions. This was so critical with the DIY process as well as dealing with the different venders. Averi helped me so much as I stressed out over every detail from making the wedding invitations to making the reception décor. For half of the time that I had to plan the wedding, my husband was on deployment and Averi was there with me every step of the way. She was such an amazing help with coordinating with all of the venders for our wedding before, during, and after the wedding. She took the time to really explain our wedding vender contracts to us and was super amazing as our mediator when contacting the venders. Averi is the sweetest person and such an awesome wedding coordinator. We highly recommend her for your wedding, as she will make you wedding the best in the galaxy.

Averi is truly the BEST at what she does!!! With her design background, her visual approach to wedding planning was such a comfort and relief to me throughout our planning process. I am a visual person, and Averi totally got it. Most planners are creative, but Averi takes it to the next level! I knew she would be my kind of planner based on her beautiful website and Instagram page, but her design mockup for our wedding truly had my husband and me in awe (we had no notes!)

Averi always made us feel supported, no matter the issue. Planning a wedding is inevitably stressful, and Averi was always incredibly responsive in trying to workshop a solution — whether that was over big things like invitation and wedding website options, or small things like sourcing ribbon for a flat lay. She always had an answer, and even better, multiple links for me to quickly click! She knew when I was stressed, and always made me feel like it wasn’t a big deal, or if it was, that it could be resolved (and reminded me to breathe in the meantime).

That brings me onto her incredible knowledge. Most of the vendors I chose were because of Averi — she always had a recommendation (or multiple!) for me to review before making a decision. Above that, she reviewed all our contracts to ensure everything was solid and there wasn’t any hidden language. I also LOVED her beauty box — as a girl who knows little about hair and makeup, it was so nice to sit down with her and figure out what I needed through my beauty questionnaire, and then receive a ton of amazing products personally chosen by a person who was in the business! That doesn’t happen with any regular wedding planner.

And the finally, the wedding day. I knew Averi was going to shine on the day of given her incredible organization throughout the wedding process and timeliness. It was critical for my husband and I to stay on schedule so we could make sure we got ample time on the dancefloor, and Averi crushed it. Even in the craziness of the day, she was always there to remind us where we needed to be or what was coming next. I didn’t have to worry once that a vendor didn’t know what was happening because Averi had already taken care of it. We had lots of concerns around the weather and rain, and Averi was so understanding and even waited til an hour before the ceremony in hopes we could do it outside! We sadly couldn’t, but Averi made sure it was a beautiful ceremony even under the tent, creatively using a frame from our sweetheart table for added aesthetic.

I am SO grateful we got the chance to work with Averi. She is a wedding planner extraordinaire and also the kindest person I worked with for our wedding! If you want an organized, creative, resourceful and truly brilliant planner, choose Averi. We will be recommending her to all our friends for their weddings!

We had a wonderful experience working with Averi as our wedding planner. Her attention to detail and patience throughout the entire planning process were truly remarkable. Averi took the time to know us and to understand our vision. Being LGBTQ and multi-cultural, it was difficult to find a planner that listens and understands. Averi provided a safe space for us to work together and we felt our voices heard. This really shows in the wedding pictures. As a planner, she guided us every step of the way, making sure everything was perfect for our special day. She was always there to offer support and solutions. My wife and I just got married in September of 2023. As a LGBTQ couple there were many obstacles we faced while picking and choosing all of our vendors. Averi made us feel seen and understood through the whole process. She was gracious and kind and made our day feel extra special. Like any wedding there were a few things that went wrong but as the brides we knew nothing of it because Averi and our vendor team did an amazing job of keeping the ball rolling.
