I have lived between the U.S and Australia for the last 15 years and travel back and forth frequently. Janine has been my incredible travel agent this entire time and has been the most professional, patient, available, and solutions-focused guide I could have ever asked for. Our daughter in law recently had to travel from Melbourne to Belfast to be with her mother in her last days. It was in the middle of the covid crisis where we thought this would not be possible.
