A top find on the way out of Cardwell. We were served the most awesome “yummy” bacon & egg rolls for brekkie with the optional additions of cheese, onion & grated cheese. Cooked to our fussy preference. A top feed !!!!! The view from the shaded tables & seats is of course “perfect”.

We were visiting Cardwell for a few days and came across Jane’s Healthy Food Truck on a walk. We just had a milkshake the first day which was delicious. We saw Jane had a prawn and avocado roll and a crab and avocado roll on the menu. So the next day we had both for our brunch with a caramel milkshake.
Both the rolls were full of flavour with lots of filling. A delicious brunch.
The service we received was friendly and professional.
We would highly recommend Jane’s Healthy Food Truck.

Jane's advertises as offering healthy food, however I was disappointed with some of their choices. While I appreciate the effort to provide healthier options, the use of margarine was a letdown.
Additionally, I was surprised to find they use store bought coleslaw. If they took the time to prepare their own coleslaw, this would have significantly enhanced the freshness and quality of the food I ordered and complemented their offerings.
Overall, while the food was decent, I believe there is room for improvement, especially if they want to truly live up to their healthy food claim. Fresh, homemade ingredients would make a big difference and better support their brand's mission.

Served by lovely Jane. We got 2x Bacon & Egg burgers which were delicious. Will definitely go back next time we pass through. She gave us a few recommendations for places to check out too which were great.

$7 milkshake was just a big cup of milk had hardly any ice and maybe a teaspoon of flavour syrup at most. Toastie was fairly tasty but gave me painful vomiting out of nowhere a couple of hours later
