Our family has used Jamison Travel for overseas trips over the past 17 years and they are fantastic. In particular in 2023 they assisted us in booking flights, accommodation, side trips to Bali and Flores for 16 people across two states. It was an incredible coordination feat that they handled so well and very professionally.
Unfortunately the airline cancelled our to Bali flights at 3am the day of travel and then later our return flights. With support from Emily, at Jamison Travel, we were able to over come these problems. Emily was amazing with her capacity to deal with the issues that arose and we thank her and the team for their support.
Now we are in 2024 and a reduced group is off to Bali again in a few weeks for family support reasons. So without hesitation we went back with Emily to arrange the flights and accommodation for 4 from two different state. Emily was really helpful, especially given the short notice for the destination at a peak travel time, coming up with good, practical options.
The Jamison Travel team is thoughtful, practical, professional and responsive. We cannot thank then enough for all their support over the years.

I recently phoned Jamison Travel to make an appointment to see someone for a quote regarding a photographic trip I was planning to India. Today I went in for my appointment and was told there would be a $125 consultation fee. Fine, that's their prerogative to charge the fee however I should have been told about this payment when making the appointment. I could have made my decision then as to whether or not I would proceed. Would have saved me an hour drive. I'm not impressed. I have been using travel agents since 1980 (last one a couple of months ago) and I have never been asked for a consultation fee. I have also approached two other agencies regarding this trip and I have not been charged a consultation fee. Must be something new.

Teagan was such a wonderful travel agent. Always friendly and helpful and a good communicator-she is a girl who works super hard, puts your mind at ease. Teagan genuinely loves her job and you can feel that whenever you speak with her. Firstly Tegan managed to book our trip where the QF site couldn't cope, and a rival national travel brand were useless. Less than 24 hours before our departure, everything went pear-shaped and Michelle worked most of her Saturday to sort out the mess created by QF. I will be forever grateful to both ladies on the fantastic service and going above and beyond, I couldn't recommend them more highly!
