Thea has undertaken most of my private overseas travel for over seven years now. Some of this travel has been very complicated involving some destinations not traversed by many tourists (such as Turkmenistan). She has always been extremely professional in finding the best deals and itineraries. We have used Kiyah several times now for our travels and her communication is fantastic. We had essentially 6 months overseas travelling Singapore, Japan, America and Canada and Kiyah sorted everything for our family of 4. She had organised things we would have never thought of and even went the extra mile and organised birthday gifts while we were away. We had issues in Singapore with our driver not giving us tickets to the waterpark and we reached out to Kiyah who promptly sorted out our issues and we continued to have the best day. I can't say enough good things about Travel Associates Jamison! I found them through other people's Google reviews and they did not disappoint! I am used to having to do all my own pre-research to guide an agent to ensure I get the best price, best timing, etc. but I didn't need to do that with Joe. He was very thorough about investigating all the options and little things that would make our trip as smooth and cost-effective as possible.
