Joanne is a blessing, there are not many people who are made like her in this industry. I hated the whole planning process when it came to my wedding and the first night I met her I was in a bad mood and ready to fight someone. Joanne is kind, sweet and funny and truely cares about what she does and the people she works with, I still don't know how she did it but before the night was over she had me smiling, laughing and ready to tackle planning again. Every now and then I would email Joanne saying I've had a change can we add this or take away that and NOTHING was to hard for her. I don't know the names of rest of the people who work there but everything was clean, in one piece and delivered on time. When I tell you I had to think of nothing leading up, on the day and afterwards I mean it, she took care of EVERYTHING! I am so grateful that I was advised to go to JAKS.
