This park has been great, originally planned on a week or 2 while travelling as I have family in the area but due to its cost we weren't expecting much and were pleasantly surprised. The staff have been great, we have extended our stay twice and will have stayed here 4 weeks by the time we leave, yes the birds can be noisy at times and apparently the midges are bad in the hotter months but there is great fishing just 100 metres away, have pulled in a lot of big bream with my nephew, it's dog friendly and while Jacobs Well is a small sleepy town, you are right in the middle of it and they do have a nice bakery, sushi shop, fish and chip takeaway and pub.

Really lovely villa. Well equipped and the balcony is lovely in the evening with the outside cooking area. Beautiful surroundings. Great spot for kids. Wildlife and parks are near by. Friendly guests and good amenities. Busy on the weekends, but dropped back for our stay during the week.

We stayed in our own caravan on a large, powered dog site. What a great little park! We had a lovely weekend! Friendly, helpful staff, clean amenities, great location! Have even booked to go back!

Just an amazing place. Very good fishing. And so many birds in the area. Really cool to listen to all the sounds!

The owners are just amazing. Helpful wherever they can. Can only recommend this place.

The only downside was that we had to move on after two days as our trip did not permit us to stay longer...

The park itself is lovely. There is not much onsite for kids to do but there is a playground and skate park just outside the park and to access the swimming hole you have to leave the park and walk to the water no pool onsite. We stayed in a waterside cabin it was nice but a-bit dated mainly the bathroom the only issue was we were there for 8 days and was never offered a fresh change of towels for the shower. Staff were lovely. |Please be mindful that there is a lot of midgies and to be prepared. We got bitten quite a lot handy that there is a chemist across the road. The car park was busy due to a fishing Competition but once finished crowds died down a-bit. For the price it was okay not far from the local pimpama shops and the fish and chip shop across the road was delicious.

Quiet, peaceful park on beautiful river. Has everything you need in a small village, you don't need to travel for groceries. Amenities clean. Absolutely recommend and we will definitely be back soon.

Caravan park is well maintained and has numerous shady sites. Midges can be a issue and hiderance to outdoor sit around etc.||Relatively quiet sea side village with good access for boaties.||Excellent Fish and Chip shop .. be early or prepared to queue.

Great stay on an unpowered tent site, super clean amenities, camp ground kitchen with fridge, coffee jug, toaster,microwave bbq plates table seating over looking the water! So peaceful , nice bit of paradise so close by, just a few steps away from Some of the yummiest food places,Jacobs Well Tavern, The Well Bakery although the pies were awesome, my croissant was burnt and rubbery, Fish and chip shop to die for across the road! Rates at the camp grounds very cheap, last minute booking for 2 nights $114.00 2 adults, very clean spacious site, really enjoyed our stay, very friendly staff, loads of cleaners on-site 24/7, great recycling bay and rubbish area, cleaned regularly, impressed ?
