We have visited Jacobs Well 3 times, It's a wonderful place to be and all the staff are amazing!
We learned so much about the ecosystem and our native Indigenous culture, I especially loved making damper and visiting the Snake Pit to see Aggro the Carpet Python.

Had a rude woman take the group (she had a distinct English accent, don't know her name, only way to distinguish her) who was quite racist, condescending and rude. She was on a power trip and seemed to enjoy picking on my son and myself. Wish I checked the reviews here before booking. This particular woman needs to clean up her act and stop treating children and adults in a loathsome manner.

Thanks to all the staff of Jacobs Well EEC for their attention to safety and quality educational delivery while on the vessel - the Educat. The Educat is a floating classroom that provides program access for over 2000 students a year. It has a 100% safety record - of which the centre is proud of. JWEEC programs are centred at students but many parents attend when required. Thanks to those parents who volunteer as they are of great assistance. Unfortunately, there have been times when some visitors do not engage in programs. They misinterpret boat safety and do not "play by the rules". They provide somewhat negative feedback when challenged. JWEEC does not apologise for this as safety and health of students are of the highest priority. Thanks again to those who make a positive effort to assist in programs and to the great staff who provide this engaging and safe teaching environment.

The staff members were rude and disrespectful towards our group of high school students and treated us as delinquents sent to a correctional facility. The artist supervising (Donald J. Waters) was disrespectful overall and had an inprofessional hypocritical judgement towards all of the students after telling us "this is a safe place to express without judgement" and belittled the group. There were multiple occasions that both staff and artist put down students work and told them they bought negative energy into the building and ruined the "vibe". I do not recommend staying here or will ever be returning to this camp, very dissapointed in this establishment.

I went here i is alright but it could of been better the beds were so uncomfortable they Felt like 50$ beds the staff were okay but could of had better hearing
