Great experience! It was my preference to communicate via email and this was honoured through the whole process. I was emailed several quotes prior to the service date so I could be aware and agree to the price beforehand. The communication was prompt, friendly, and professional. They had a reasonable quote, were prompt and professional in their communication. The cleaners turned up on time and did a great job as per the list of things to be cleaned per the quote. Reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommend. I used them for my end-of-lease cleaning. I feel confident that I will get my rental bond back. I had peace of mind dealing with them.

After seeing the result of the end of lease clean that my family received from this company, and how they were treated after payment was received, was absolutely atrocious. Not only did they lose their entire bond, but there was no compensation or any professional attitude whatsoever by this company. It would have been much easier to just do the clean ourselves. At the minimum, the company should have immediately returned to the property to re-do the clean, instead they refused to lift another finger as they had already received payment. The agents of the property knew that this company were hired to do the end of lease clean, and are now warning other tenants to not use this company. Don't waste your time by using this company, just do it yourself.

This company did the worst cleaning job I have ever seen. A 3 year old could have done a better end of lease clean. Not only did they not offer ANY compensation for the worst end of lease clean that me, my brother, his girlfriend, and my mother have ever seen, but they were out right rude with any sort of communication that we had after they finished their service. The landlord and agent were disgusted with the final result, resulting in us losing our entire bond. Waste of money, time and mental strain. Do not use this company.
P.s we sent them to report by the agents stating that e clean was not up to standards and they refused to return to the property or offer any compensation. The agent then called the company to request for them to return to the property and this company never returned their call.

They do not understand the purpose of End of Lease cleaning and they themselves are not sure if they will do their job right.

Now that they have spent so much time to defend themselves, I'll add some more information.

You mentioned I didn't use your services and the reason for that was your staff didn't understand or make any efforts to understand what I had been saying. The whole team is so arrogant and won't bother listening to what the client wants. I have written proof in the form of email where I have clearly mentioned to your staff that I'm happy to accept your terms and asked her to help me with booking and in response she had clearly said that you guys can't help me.

Strange thing is all of this was very clearly communicated to the owner of the business who requested to delete the review but didn't have the courtesy to apologise for wasting my time and for not accepting the job when I had clearly accepted your terms.
