AMAZING is all I can say about the services provided by Belinda Bodman for our company trip to Fiji in July 2024. With the aim of taking our entire office (of which 28pax were able to attend), with as much time on the ground in Fiji, we certainly created some havoc for Belinda to co-ordinate our travel because we needed to use different departure & return airlines. Of course, when you add in "Fiji-time" responsiveness to hotel & large dinner bookings I found Belinda to be the calmest & ever-so-patient travel agent. We also had a number of attendee changes right up until the day before departure & she was extraordinary in making things happen. I highly recommend Belinda for big & small travel needs - she's fabulous!

I tried to book a Eurail Pass and trains with this agent. While I understand that business needs to turn a profit, they wanted not only the rail pass business, but all other associated travel connected to my trip, at a pretty high fee.
When I made enquiries with 2 other travel agents , they were prepared to do my rail pass and train booking alone, without all the other extras which were demanded by this agency.

I've used travel agents to book overseas holidays for the last ten years. On this occasion i called my regular agent but he was impacted by Covid-19 and was not taking new bookings. Be cautious when using this agent. Read the fine print in the T&Cs. Should a tour be cancelled due to an act of God. I Travel Carlingford keep the commission fee. My understanding is that other travel agents return a FULL refund. Buyer Beware.
