HIGHLY RECOMMEND if your like us and have no idea on what to do planning a trip. Thank you to the lovely Adam, the business owner and team who planned and organised our beautiful trip to Vietnam for our honeymoon. Tina handled our travel from beginning to end and I must say it was the best and most stream lined experience I have ever had. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was presented so that it ran like clockwork. Absolutely delighted with my experience with Itineraries Travel consultants and in particular Tina Lazell. We have followed Tina to IT Consultants because of her exceptional service, and once again, she hasn't disappointed.From our initial contact with Tina, and the other staff at IT Consultants, their warm greeting and genuine interest in our travel plans made us feel immediately at ease. Tina's wealth of knowledge about destinations and travel logistics was impressive and she effortlessly tailored her suggestions to perfectly match our preferred style of travel. What we really appreciate was her suggestions of some off the beaten track places to visit; hidden gems that we wouldn't have discovered on our own.
The other staff at IT Consultants are also fantastic. They always ensured Tina got back to us in a timely manner with updates and additional information, making the entire booking process smooth and stress free.
Furthermore, the tour operators suggested to us that also assisted us were of the highest quality ensuring that every aspect of our trip from the accommodation to activities, met and exceeded our expectations. My partner and I have used Itineraries 4 times, booking Tasmania and Scandinavia with Philip and most recently South East Asia and Europe with Kellie. All of our contact and planning with the consultants has been amazing. Most recently Kellie helped plan and book a wonderful holiday from Portugal to the Greek Islands. She is incredibly attentive to detail, took into account our location preferences and travelling style and curated the perfect holiday for us. Communication was easy both in Australia and overseas. Kellie spent alot of time and effort finding the right accomodation for us, coordinated the best transport options and was genuinely excited about our plans. All of our documents and itinerary were compiled in an app that was so useful when we quickly needed to check something or any details were updated. I 100% recommend booking any holidays with Itineraries and will definitely be back in the future for more adventures.

Kellie Hatchman did an absolutely amazing job organising our recent European holiday. Nothing was ever a problem for her and her response time was excellent, all our bookings went so smoothly.
