We have been looking for a new travel agent, having misplaced our previous one during the pandemic and we found a keeper. Johanna at italktravel at The Junction is exactly the travel agent you would ask for. She is diligent, with an eye for detail, goes above and beyond, even working a long weekend for us while we were in Europe when we were seeking a potential change of plans.
She is friendly and approachable and everything she booked for us went completely to plan. Our travel is very independent and has a lot of moving parts, so to have nothing go wrong in eight weeks is pretty impressive. We couldn't be happier with her and will be back in the office soon to organise our next escapade.

My partner and I, in our mid 20s wanted to go on our first overseas trip together - just under 2 weeks in Singapore. I had done a lot of research and pricing already so I had a rough idea of the cost going into it. Johanna was able to beat any price I could get online by a LOT. The entire process was so easy and she had some fabulous recommendations for local attractions. Even though our trip was relatively simple, the peace of mind that I had someone I could contact at anytime made our trip all the more enjoyable. It was so nice to have someone who I could ask "dumb" questions with no judgement. We had one minor drama on our trip (our return airport transfer did not turn up). Johanna was able to get a refund sorted for us in no time. Evan and I will absolutely be back when we go on our next international adventure. Johanna organised the most amazing holiday for us to Sabah, Malaysian Borneo. Snorkelling with turtles, orangutans, sunbears, Mt Kinabalu (4095m), jungle, night markets, Malaysian food. Everything went seamlessly, all our guides were wonderful. the best trip

Karen and the team are excellent at group bookings - been using for large sporting groups for many years and I think by returning each time shows the great work they do. Worked with us with change of numbers and unforeseen last minute substitution of people, with a great result all round.
Highly recommend for all travel needs including groups.
