We have just completed a 30 day vacation in Italy arranged by Michele (Michael) from the Italian Travel Bureau. Michele's extensive knowledge of Italy was certainly a major factor in this trip being a wonderful experience. He understood what we wanted to see and do on this holiday and he offered us an itinerary that allowed us to stay in 6 different areas. From each city we could visit the sites we wanted to see plus organise tours to areas away from the cities we were staying in. Once the itinerary was agreed on he then gave us an option of 3 accommodation choices in each city, keeping in mind our budget and expectations. We had the final decision on the hotels etc and everyone of the hotels were excellent and close to the old areas of each city.
Michele listened to what we wanted and delivered a wonderful holiday. Thank you.

Fairly average. I booked accommodation through them, and found it very substandard. Rundown hotel in Florence. I noticed when I arrived I could have paid same price for a far better hotel. I paid for double bed, larger room, but when arrived was given a poky single bed tiny room. I also wanted to travel to other regions of Italy, but was “talked into” seeing other regions because where I wanted to go (less touristy locations) were undesirable! Rubbish. I should have known better, so my bad. Next time I will stick to my plans.

And yes, I was a customer some years ago with you unfortunately.
