I knew them since they were running the best restaurant in Chapel Street. Their food is simply amazing. No long time ago they also catered a friend's party with an impecable hospitality, care and their happy smile. The food is prepared with a such attention to detail and passion. Absolutely nonna's approved. Their shop is plenty of handmade real Italian food.

They have decent fresh pasta, the wagyu ragú is pretty good, and the place comes handy when you run out of cheese. Reasonable prices.
Don’t buy the tiramisu though, it’s pure cream.

I purchased a container labelled 'Mussels' from their frozen food section. Once thawed, I was left with a total of TWO mussels in an inedible, watery, tasteless liquid. Of the two only mussels, one actually had the beard intact.
At $13.20 this is absolutely disgraceful. Zero star score if this was an option.

We visited your restaurant yesterday around 5pm, drawn by the good reviews. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we encountered a staff member who did not seem welcoming. When we tried to order, the response to our question was simply, 'What do you want?' - delivered without any positive attitude. This left us feeling unwelcome, so we decided to leave. Customer service is an important part of the dining experience, and we hope this feedback helps improve it for future visitors.
