The staff are lovely but there is no proper system. We were on queue for the bump car. There is a couple of kids and parents waiting roughly 10-15 minutes. But only to be turned down cause the birthday celebrants should be catered first. There is no proper announcement. All the kids and parents were shock. It would be better if they make a proper schedule and announcement so everyone knows.

The venue was excellent for a kids' birthday party, and Host (Claudia) provided outstanding customer service and assistance throughout our time there. She was skilled at engaging the children. We customized our menu and added platters for the parents, which was a great option. The kids had a fantastic time playing, riding bumper cars, and enjoying the games.

Held my son's birthday here and it was seamless. Our party host was awesome, they took care of everything and everyone had the best time. It was extremely loud, so I recommend loop headphones if you have sensory issues like I do😅

The staff was nice but it’s the company, you guys need to restock or repair the old machine because I paid $78 for three cards and most of the machines didn’t work and when I swipe the card, it doesn’t work and had to do 7-8 swipe and then some works.The company really need to repaid the old ones or get a new machines. Wouldn’t recommend going for now as most of the machines are out of stock and the swipe doesn’t work properly. Disappointed with the machines

A huge fun gaming area for children and adults that is basically like a mini children's casino. It's extremely loud and bright so staying too long can result in a headache. The prices seem reasonable but the money won't last long as the kids swipe their way through the games at a fast pace. Better to let them pick their favourites beforehand if on a budget and allocate a certain amount of dollars. They work with a card system, not coins. Money is loaded onto the card and then swiped at each game. Tickets can be spent at the counter on a large variety of toys and items. The dodgem cars are $6 a car and it's fun for the few minutes it lasts. In the past they allowed my young son to sit on an adults lap which resulted in him smashing his teeth into the steering wheel. An extremely upsetting incident put down to young staff not thinking of consequences or following rules. The staff I've encountered since have been helpful though and I've had no more problems. There is also a huge party room, lasertag, bowling and pool tables available. Plus the cafe has reasonably priced food and drinks and the coffee is alright if you aren't too fussy. As someone with chronic back pain, I have been happy in the past to pop in by myself and use the massage chair situated up the back near the pool tables. It's moderately quieter up there and you can enjoy a $3.50 coffee and a $2 massage for a few minutes. It's a nice secret that I shouldn't really be sharing haha. During the day when school is on its not as full of children too so it's a lovely get away spot after doing your groceries.

Three words, out of order. My kids asked can we go to iPlay, sure why not, could be fun. After waiting 20 minutes for anyone to attend the increasing crowd at front desk, we have a look at the games. As we navogate the machines i begin to notice a lot of machines are "out of order", ok use the ones that work, but then not all machines were correctly marked as out of order and as such we lost over $20 simply due to broken machines. Don't go, save your money, your ears, and your childs happiness for a better place.

Great venue for kids birthday parties, private party room and host, pick your menu, we added some platters for some parents that stayed, which wasn't a problem for the staff to do.
The kids had a ball playing laser tag then out onto the bumper cars and into the arcade area to play the games.

I have been to at least 10 different arcade places across Australia and this is the worst I have ever been to.
I paid 100$ to get $150 (Great value just like other places) but the amount of machines that don’t work is pathetic.
I couldn’t believe it and when I asked for a refund on machines that didn’t work, the manager would say ok and type away on the computer and to my surprise…no refund.
I usually like going to these places with my kid to win tickets and then purchase prizes but if there is no option to win tickets because nothing works, why go. I say avoid this place and honestly Westfield should make them upgrade and refurb just like everyone else. I WANT A REFUND.
