Purchased an ANVIL PAIE Food processor, asked some advice and response was - sorry out of warranty. Never asked any help before. No customer service or support and issues from the start. Recommend to use a different supplier and probably not Anvil PAIE processor. It does not cut, it nicks the blades and you constantly buy new blades or end up with a machine you dont even use.

Dont bother with any clearance items or Saltas products in general. Commercial products should last longer then domestic which was not the case for myself. I was given a 3 month warranty which I didnt notice (considering its a COMMERCIAL product - should have lasted at least a year anyway) and the freezer lasted 6-7 months, crazy!. Would cost the same amount to repair then replace. Might as well go with a domestic freezer as they all come with a standard 1 year warranty and I have never had one fail this fast. More wastage.

Tracy from ICE talked me through my issues (3 x faulty machines) without hesitation problem solving each one. She asked me to goto the machines and call her back with what was happening to each one. She then proceeded to give me good advice on preventative maintenance and where to take for warranty. Thank you!

ICE (esp Tracey from the service dept) were so great to deal with when we needed our 50Lt Mecnosud dough mixer serviced and some small parts replaced - Tracey was super efficient, very helpful, technically aware of the product, components and local contacts and took care in noting that it is a key equipment item that we can't operate without. Thankyou so very much!!!

What a fantastic experience with Tracey the warranty manager.

I had a problem with my freezer which I thought was out of warranty, Tracey tells me, it has 2 years warranty on it, not one year!!! (How’s that for integrity right!!!)

So I completed a warranty form and she phoned me back to assess over the phone and then she arranged for a fridge guy to look at it, less that 24 hours later. He fixed it quick smart and my freezer is back to its normal self again.

Got to love the proactive, caring and prompt response I’ve received from Tracey and ICE. If I could give her and ICE 10 stars I would! I know what brands I’ll be buying in future!
