Have limited experience if any. Delay and reschedule and make continued excuses to not provide propper service. Are unprofessional and put personal relationships ahead of community needs. Need to be replaced by another organisation.

In response to your response it seems utterly ridiculous that you all take holidays at the same time over Christmas. This leaves people with no support. Common sense says disabilities don't take holidays so maybe share the holidays with half taking one year and the others the next. I did formally complain and will again
I don't want talk I want action and service. Twice you have now left me in a vulnerable and unsafe situations. It's a small town with mateship and family ties running deep. Whilst you are very nice people you lack professionalism and real help. Fantastic at making excuses however the community deserves better and you need to be accountable.

Intereach staff are amazing. I have had the pleasure to meet and deal with Jessica and Malinda and both ladies are truly remarkable. They are beautiful to talk to, answer anything that you need, the support is beyond, they are friendly and simple easy to deal with. All the other staff I have spoken to on the phone have all been friendly and lovely to deal with. Having to go down the NDIS Rd was very stressful for me and intereach have been by myself all the way. Thank you all so very much for your constant support and guidance. Lisa Poli
