Where do I even begin?!!! Tess and her team are SOOO amazing!! My partner and I started off planning our wedding by ourselves, thinking that because we had a clear vision, we would be able to execute it with the help of our venue site coordinator. We later found out just how involved the planning process would be and were so lucky to have a mutual friend connect us with Tess and her team. They were extremely organized, jumping on the ball right away, connected with all of our vendors and made sure that everything ran smoothly. She came to my site visit with my family and ensured that every member of my family's needs were attended to. She was very approachable and had multiple check ins with us to ensure we always felt comfortable and secure.

Their attention to detail is impeccable (from a very detailed itinerary to amazing decor/tablescape setup). This attention to detail was super well received also by our vendors and our MC who said they always knew what was happening, when and where to be throughout the day. Tess and her team ensured everything ran on time while also giving us the most amount of time to enjoy ourselves and be in the moment- it was the perfect direction we needed!

They also went above and beyond in ensuring our creative vision was executed to perfection and ensured the set up and tear down was done within our specific timelines. We could not have had the best wedding experience without her team and my only regret was not having them be a part of the planning process sooner!!

We started our wedding planning process being absolutely certain that we didn’t need a coordinator - we couldn’t have been more wrong! As soon as we booked our venue questions started to pop up and I just knew that the people who would end up managing the logistics on the day of our wedding would have been us. From the moment we hired Tess and her team we knew that the little details were going to be covered. It relieved so much stress and we were able to soak everything in on the day instead of having to worry if something was going to be missed.

Our favourite part about working with INLY was truly just having Tess there to remind us to breathe and take it all in! She was such a calming presence and her energy was so great. The wedding portal was incredibly helpful for us since we opted for day-of coordination, and we loved her tips that made our timeline so perfect.

If you’re debating whether or not to hire a wedding planner, just DO IT! Ask yourself who is going to be handling all the little things you’re worrying about (you’ll quickly realize, it’s you!). You’ll thank yourself for it on your wedding day.
