We celebrated my birthday on the deck behind the sports bar yesterday and it was such a great location for a small event. The staff were so helpful, so professional and couldn’t do enough to help make sure the event ran smoothly.
We had cheese platters, wings, spring rolls, and sausage rolls and everything was really delicious. Would definitely recommend the Inglewood for small events.

Had a pleasant lunch with my father today at the Inglewood. It's a comfortable little pub venue that's been around for a long time. We did not have a booking and there was only one table available for us which was a bit close to a large Christmas party group so it was a little loud. There were lots were empty tables whilst we were there but I assume they were all booked.
We ordered two of the cheaper food items fish (I choose grilled) and chips with salad and the Guinness pie with chips and salad. This was washed down with a beer each from the tap. The food was typical pub food, ok but nothing standout. In fairness it was all cooked well enough but my fish just lacked a little flavour and looked rather anaemic for grilled fish. I was however told the Guinness pie was very good. Salads were well dressed but my chips were really salty, with salt and pepper on each table over salting the chips was not necessary. There is a reasonably extensive menu and of course a good selection of beers and wines. A big plus is the parking around the back. Pubs are battling hard to improve their fare and the Inglewood is no exception, I think they're doing ok and just a little more care with the finer details would make it a highly recommended venue.

The restaurant of the hotel is very pretty with a chill and spacious vibe. The staff is also very polite, willing to help you and they made sure that our experience was good. However, the food was not that good given its price. It was honestly a bit dry and lacked flavor.

Two-Star Review: Disappointing Visit to Inglewood Hotel
My recent experience at the Inglewood Hotel was unfortunately quite disappointing, warranting a two-star rating. While I had hoped for a pleasant meal, a couple of significant issues really detracted from the visit.

Firstly, the service was quite rude. From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming. There was a distinct lack of warmth or helpfulness, which made us feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. A friendly smile and a bit of courtesy go a long way, and sadly, these were absent.

Secondly, the food portions were surprisingly small, especially considering the price. I ordered Sunday Roast, and while the taste was acceptable, the size left a lot to be desired. It felt more like an entrée than a main course, and I left still feeling hungry. For the price point, I would expect a more substantial and satisfying meal.

Overall, the combination of unwelcoming service and undersized portions made for a less-than-ideal dining experience. I hope the Inglewood Hotel can address these areas, as it certainly has the potential to be much better.

I came here a few weeks ago with some family, the food was really lovely. The staff on all seemed incredibly young and inexperienced, we didn't see one smile and the customer service was non existent, even when one of the girls got my uncles order wrong she acted weird like it wasn't her fault for taking down the wrong order, my uncle didn't want anyone to get in trouble so he just copped the extra meal. The music playing didn't fit the atmosphere, the layout of everything seemed cold and unwelcoming. If you're after good food and don't care much for quality staff or atmosphere this is the pub for you! Will only be coming back to get take away meals, I hope they hire some experienced staff and put some care into the atmosphere in the future.

If you are considering doing a function at the Inglewood Hotel…. Well…. I just had a birthday function at the Inglewood Hotel and it was absolutely fantastic. The process was made easy and fluid from the businesses functions coordinator Sophie. She couldn’t do enough to help me.

The area they set up was beautifully. Miley was running the bar on the night and was attentive, friendly and professional. The platers for the function were sublime and even though it was peak service, the kitchen was kind enough to be flexible on timing, which was slightly different to what was initially arranged, which I greatly appreciate.

All round; fantastic customer experience. The positioning statement ‘Your friendly local’ couldn’t have been more true. If you’re considering a function. Look no further.

Nice atmosphere, perfect weather to sit outside and plenty to chose. Friendly staff, however my chicken wings had no flavour and garlic sauce was so boring and had to add some bbq sauce. Room to improve thank you.

I called to make a booking for Saturday night Alex answered the phone and was absolutely delightful . I told her I didn't want out doors or anywhere near a cold section as I had a spinal operation and she said no problem . We booked for 7.30pm but we arrived earlier Alex suggested we go and have a drink as we were early at 7.30pm Alex led us to a beautiful table heater above us and exceptional food . Alex is a real asset to the hotel she couldn't do enough for us . Thankyou Alex for everything you did for us and always with a beautiful smile ☺
