Multiple parcels have shown up at Ingleburn and been lost for over a week. Or sent to the wrong LPO. This happens at least 1 in every 3 parcels. This site is an absolute joke. Inefficient and useless. Will be requesting all future parcel senders to use someone other than post/startrack

Super quick for parcel pickup. I've never used this outlet before, but it's been a great experience. Before visiting the business hub, I looked it up on Google and saw a lot of negative reviews. I was a little concerned when I got there to pick up my package, but to my surprise, everything was finished in a matter of minutes or two. The gentleman who served me today is Goerge, and he is professional and prompt.

Terrible customer service. The supervisor here has been so rude and inconsiderate on two occasions now. Have been ordering medication fortnightly for 2 years with Australia post and on two occasions it has been delayed and upon being advised to head to this facility to collect my urgent medication, this guy has been extremely rude, telling me I’m wasting my time coming there and that he’ doesn’t want to look or check for my parcel. Then lies about timing and other things thinking I am silly and haven’t had a delivery before. I used to get the help I needed for my medication in the past at this facility but the two times I’ve dealt with this supervisor has been horrendous and no customer of aus post should be treated like this especially with deliveries of urgent medication which he did not acknowledge or care about once. This guy should not be working and talking/treating customers the way he does. He knew he was being rude and didn’t want to give his name after asking multiple times hence I had to take a photo!

Would love to say huge thank you to one of your staff member I guess, names Kevin as he introduce himself (from Ingleburn). That man I think went above and beyond, as my parcel were addressed into wrong place. He called me and ask for correct address. Been waiting for half day as it’s was important delivery to me.
Would love to send him a message with thank you, but there’s no ID call.

The absolute worst. One parcel express post got to the depot fine , then got lost. Took three weeks to get just down the road. Australia Post was no help. Then another parcel express post got received by the depot fine, then guess what, Got lost yet again !!! 8 days late again. Opened a case and Australia Post don't know what's happening. Both the main hub of Australia Post and myself can't understand why both parcels were loaded then can't be found until 3 weeks later. At least if my parcels come from Smeaton Grange I never have an issue. Yes I know covid is going, but gees....

Every parcel that gets sent here ALWAYS gets delivered late. I’ve had an express post parcel that has been “onboard for delivery” for one week with no sign of my parcel anywhere!!
If you have the misfortune of your parcel getting sent to this facility, don’t get your hopes up that it gets delivered in time.

Thank you to Barbra and the team @ Ingleburn Post Dispatch for taking up the challenge to find a 1 in a million registered envelope that contained my mums passport, contacting her and letting her sign for it in record time. As soon as she signed we had 45 mins to get mum to the airport.
