This is the second time I've stayed here and both times were not without issue. When I checked in I was given a different cabin to the one I booked (1 bedroom instead of a 2 bedroom). The receptionist tried to tell me the cabins were all the same and interchangeable. I showed her the pictures on the website and explained that this was not what I booked. She said that they didn't have any of the cabins I booked available. When I complained about being downgraded, she argued it wasn't a downgrade. Again, I asked for what I had booked and paid for. She said she could only offer a different cabin, but explained it wasn't clean yet. We agreed as it was bigger and thought we'd be more comfortable in it than the other one they put us in which was very small. We were wrong. The 4 of us were effectively all in the same room, albeit further apart. We all slept terribly and couldn't wait to leave the next day. If we had been given the cabin we booked in the first place, we would have been a lot more comfortable. After this experience, I will never stay there again.

This place is really good. Great place to relax after a long day. I stay here when working interstate. Its nice to be able to drive up and park next to your cabin with all your things. Very conveniently situated for my customers and the staff are lovely.

Our stay at Ingenia Holidays Sydney Hills was fantastic! The modern cabins were spotless and cozy, surrounded by lush greenery. The kids loved the pool and playground, while we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and nearby trails. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A perfect family getaway – we can’t wait to return!

Venue is nice. Pool good, but we had to clean it first ourselves. Nice bbq area. Cabin however was not clean at all. Especially under the beds and sofa. Would expect much more considering the price. Also kitchen equipment was not enough for four people

We arrived after hours and the hotel emailed us instructions to access a lock box with a key and directions to our room. This was so helpful and appreciated.
The rooms were cute and quaint and was perfect for our family of 5.

We had a great stay at the park. Great cabin which met all our needs and accommodated our pet with a small exercise yard. Staff were great and the location brilliant for our needs. Definitely stay at the park again.

Read the negative reviews before we left and were glad we ignored them. Some people expect more than their prepared to pay for... Our gain, their loss.

It's set in a good area with park like atmosphere. Set on a main road but cannot here the road noise. Clean and tidy. Used as a base for blue mountains and city, only 1 hr away.
