Customer service was awesome from the reception team. They were kind, accomodating and done their best to help us. Huge thank you to the women at reception.

Budget room for four people was clean and tidy! Nice size patio to relax. Two pools and a spa was great!

Only thing, when family got in the spa with silver jewellery it completely tarnished all of their jewellery and sheets smelt a bit musky.

Would absolutely return with our kids. Location is pretty good for concerts and close to town

Excellent 2 and 3 bedroom villas right next to the pool. Very family friendly. Excellent little pool that is not too crowded. In a central location near all the wineries and restaurants. Easy to get in. Cabins are modern and spacious with nice touches like beach towels coffee capsules and make up remover

One of the best Caravan Parks I've been to, the employees were super nice! Pools were very nice and they even have homes for people who don't have a caravan. Bugs were almost everywhere, but it wasn't their problem since the location was like more of a forest area. Otherwise, everything was splendid!

A very good holiday park! My family got to share a cabin, which was a decent size, bigger than the average hotel room. There were two beds, one in the bedroom and the other in the living room. It was VERY comfortable. The cabin was very well cleaned and provided things like soap, toilet paper, hair and body wash, and much more! There was a playground not far from our cabin, perfect for the kids! I would highly recommend this to any guest coming to Hunter Valley.

Stayed in our caravan which was a big rig and they accommodated us for this. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Facilities were sooo clean and maintained. It was a quiet location and easily accessible to shops down the ride about 1.5kms
They catered to different needs perfectly. Pool area was beautiful and again kept spotless.
There is a cafe adjoined to the reception area which is very handy for a cuppa or burger. Lovely atmosphere.

Ingenia Holidays Hunter Valley was so much fun. Great for pet owners, parents or adults of all ages. You have a wide range of cabins, caravans or a huge powered sites for all you tent goers. Then they got it all. Plus a pool and playground for your little ones.

Tried to call multiple times leading up to our stay however no response.
Cabin was clean and comfortable. Pool was amazing. However the park isn't for us with the strictness of things.

Lovely caravan park, clean and tidy. We loved the pools and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and it’s located close to shops, restaurants, clubs, wineries and much more.
