A group of us stayed this weekend, some in tents,some of us in small motorhomes. We could not fault the facilities, 4 small camp kitchens through out the park, 2 toilet/shower blocks near us. Great hot water and supplied body wash, shampoo and conditioner... amazing...never seen this before. Staff efficient and accommodating, only thing was the access to the beach, more than a 10 minute walk, lots of erosion and for us older chicks having to climb down a 3 metre drop and back up again.
Pet friendly would definitely come back again.

We hadn't originally planned to come to this campsite but we walked past and asked for the price, as it was the cheapest rate we received so we stayed. We paid $40 a night for a place to stay without electricity. We were already very happy to pay less than the other campsites. Then there were a lot of semi-covered camp kitchens which was really good, with a few barbecues. For the showers/toilets it is a shared place for men and women but in fact these are lots of small shower rooms with sink and toilet, I found that really good. Finally the staff were friendly. You should know that there is a fairly busy road along the campsite but it is very quiet at night. I think it is good value for money

We stayed at Ingenia Holiday Park in Byron Bay and honestly couldn’t be happier. It was super affordable and had everything we needed: clean facilities, all the amenities really well looked after, and a really chill vibe. Everyone we spoke to, from staff to other guests, was super friendly and helpful. The whole place felt very relaxed and welcoming. The location is also great, close to town but quiet enough to rest properly. We were really impressed and would definitely stay here again!

Park is very clean and well maintained and has a variety of accommodation, some pet friendly. Staff are courteous and helpful. Unfortunately the beach access is closed as the bridge is deemed unsafe. No timeframe as yet for rebuild. Also cafe pictured in website photos is no longer, but there are plans to reopen in the future. The potato man was a fantastic feature and thoroughly enjoyed his loaded hot potatoes, the pizza van was ok, bit pricey $25.50 for what I got, vegetarian -onion, capsicum, mushrooms and cheese of course.
30 minute walk into Suffolk Park
Will be visiting again in the summertime with a view to using the pool.

Stayed two nights in July midweek still quite popular. Pleasant place still popular at this time of the year. Handy to everywhere in the region all the facilities you could need, we stayed in a cabin with our dog. This is a pet friendly place! Site has a pizzeria and bar

For low budget camping, it's the ideal place. The grounds are equipped with everything needed. It has several camp kitchens. It's quiet, the international travellers are quiet. A lot of tourists are in Byron Bay and staying at the holiday park. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our 4 nights stay and we thank you for accommodating us.

We recently stayed at this caravan park for 3 nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful with information about local facilities like supermarkets etc. The sites are well maintained and there is an enclosed area for you to let your dogs have a run and play. Only disappointment was discovering that there is a $10 per night per dog fee which is not clear when making a booking as I only discovered it when I questioned the price discrepancy from what was advertised on the internet.

Caravan sites seem to flood easily due to lack of maintenance.. sites have big dips in them that could be resolved with more top soil or blue metal. When it rains water pools around the van. In our case our 15m electrical lead was left floating. When I complained I was told there wasn’t anything they could do. Was also told water soaks away quickly… if 6 to 8 hours is quick, fair enough. All of our mats etc were filthy and full of muddy sand, as was inside the van. Virtually no grass to be seen on what was a grass site. Young guy on side by side seemed more interested in his mate in a caravan than looking after customers. Pool freezing with not 1 person in it. Park is a long way from Byron as well… beach hotel is about an hours walk from the park at 4,5km away… not sure where they get 3 km away from. I’d avoid this place and stay at a park closer in.
