The venue itself is well-equipped and has great potential; however, it is unfortunately let down by the poor management and lack of professionalism displayed by the staff. The majority of the staff members appear to be very young, with little to no customer service skills, and a noticeable attitude problem. During our visit, several staff members were observed hiding behind the inflatables and spending time on their mobile phones instead of supervising the play areas.
It was incredibly disappointing to invest time, effort, and resources into organizing a party at this venue, only to be faced with a lack of proper staff supervision. There was no one monitoring or enforcing the rules in designated areas — particularly the section clearly marked for children under five years old. Older children were repeatedly entering and playing in this space, creating a potentially unsafe environment for the little ones. As a result, parents were left to intervene themselves and remind the older children to leave, which should have been the staff’s responsibility.
This venue may be suitable for a casual playdate, where expectations are low, but I would not recommend booking a party here. The lack of staff engagement and supervision makes it unsuitable for events where safety and structure are expected.
We brought an artisan ice cream cake to the party. The day before, I checked with your staff to confirm if there was space in the freezer, and they assured me there was. To my surprise, when we handed the cake over to one of your staff members, it was later stored in the fridge instead of the freezer. By the time we were ready to cut the cake, it was melting.
I want to make it clear that I’m not looking for a
reply asking me to contact someone to “clarify the situation.” Time and moments can’t be undone, and this lack of care and inexperience was evident throughout the event.
I’m just writing this for others to know.
Additionally, be aware that the venue closes at 4:00 PM on Saturdays, which is earlier than many would anticipate.
Avoid disappointment ! I should read the others reviews before hand.
