I purchased a refrigerator and a dishwasher from their website. The dishwasher broke down on the third day after I received it. They refused to help me, saying they were just the supplier. But come on, it broke after only three days of use!

I had to contact the manufacturer to claim the warranty, and they replaced the mainboard to fix it. But now, just three days after purchase, my brand-new dishwasher has basically become a refurbished unit.

Another unpleasant experience was that I paid extra for delivery of the new appliance, and they also charged me an additional disposal fee to take away the old unit. On top of that, when the delivery driver arrived, he said I had to pay extra money if I wanted them to take away the packaging boxes. I ended up paying the driver an extra $80 in cash.

But the most ridiculous part? The delivery driver dumped the packaging boxes in my neighbor’s backyard and even stuck the delivery docket on the boxes. This is outrageous! They charged me three separate delivery fees and still dumped the trash in my neighbor’s yard.

I contacted the driver four times, and each time he gave me a different excuse, promising to come back and pick up the packaging, but he never did. In the end, I had to hire a handyman to dismantle the wooden crate inside the packaging just so I could throw it away myself.

This was an absolutely terrible shopping experience. Avoid this heartless company at all costs!

I absolutely can’t recommend Michael and the team here enough, they’re fabulous!

Michael knew his products, was super fast at getting you the information I needed about the oven, and went out of his way to arrange availability of stock. He also offered great pricing up front without all the back and forth of other places (and all the ordering delays and frustration that usually that comes with it).

Before reaching out to these guys I was going back and forth for weeks with another place trying to get product information, trying to source a competitive price, and trying to arrange delivery. It was too hard.

Then in comes Michael who arranged everything I needed within hours… woo hoo! He even let me know all the extra things I’d need to operate my piece of equipment straight away such as oven trays and solutions, which the other place I was dealing with didn’t do (I didn’t know the oven didn’t come with trays beforehand).

There’s not many commercial supply places that get it right (and I’ve dealt with plenty!), but these guys definitely have it sorted. I will only be reaching out to these guys in future for anything I need for our restaurant, so impressed with their knowledge, service and pricing. Highly recommend!

I had an issue with a delayed delivery for an important filter I ordered for my fryer, which was causing serious challenges in my daily operations.
However, Jelena and the team were extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the process. After some follow-up, they arranged a replacement shipment, which arrived safely and in perfect condition.

STAY AWAY. !!!! Don’t buy from this company. They don’t stand by the consumer. Oven broke down after 4 weeks of use after waiting 4 months to receive. Palmed the responsibility off to the repairer. The problem was a series major faults with the oven. When major faults arose a replacement Is entitled. Not from this company they don’t reply they don’t care. A $15k oven now is a second hand oven that is being put to pieces for repair. A BRAND NEW MACHINE!!!!!!!! Now a piece of garage.
Never the same again. Didn’t have an oven for 6 months, my business suffered and they don’t care. They are all over you when they sell you the items then you don’t exist to them after they have their money. I spent a fortune with this company buying lots of machinery for my cafe.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY. Plenty of other companies to buy your gear from. Industry kitchens isn’t one of them. I will never buy from them again and advise others not to. They have cost me too much.
Looks like I am not the only one after reading some other reviews now. Wish I had known this before .

Great service, assistance and price from Albert Chang. Chased up more info on a high end ice cream machine and had the representative call me to discuss. Paid for at 1pm wednesdsy and was delivered to my business in regional nsw by lunch the following day. Amazing turn around and highly appreciated. Kind regards and thanks again
