This business is part second hand and new, amazing range of stuff.

Required a 6 burner range and they had a few options, new & used.

I purchased a second hand unit with a finance package. Warranty was negotiable, however this has not been an issues.

Everything was supplied and delivered on time.

They have a huge range of equipment in multiple brands which helps.They also assisted with my shop design and did the entire fitting as well.

I was setting up a chain of stores and was recommended Industrial Food Machinery This company was brilliant I wanted to design a fleet of shops that was different to everything else. Absolutely disgusted about how this business raised up prices and and made it looked like the prices were on 25% to 30% off normal prices. My husband and I, we are struggling, a small fish and chips shop owners and we needed to buy a new fryer, and with our first visit, the doggy saleman from this shop convinced us that we were getting the discounted price but found out later from Cedar Hospitality Supplies, that we did actually paid AUD 1,310 over the normal price. My husband and I are absolutely disgusted about how this business operates and rip-off small take-away food shop owners like us. I am warning everyone to take extra caution.

I months trying to talk down/negotiate with suppliers for kitchen equipment while setting up a coffee roastery, without a lot of success. I got fed up so on the recommendation of an industry colleague I took all my quotes to Industrial Food Machinery and asked them to beat all of them - which they (John Jnr) proceeded to do. Of course they are salespeople and will try and maximise their profits but if you barter with them I'm convinced you'll get a great price and more importantly good service. My project was held up by some regulation but John extended my quote past its expiry, upgraded certain items that had sold out and even replaced an item that I had incorrectly measured for no charge. If anybody deserves to make money it's these guys because they're doing it the right way. I hope they keep it up because I'll certainly be back with more quotes for them to beat!!
