Extremely disappointing experience. The portion sizes were shockingly small for the price. The Chicken Tikka Masala came in a container no bigger than a single portion yogurt cup, with barely a single chicken thigh inside (smallest chicken tikka masala I’ve seen in a restaurant) Paying over $20 for that — given the location, atmosphere, and watery taste — felt like outright daylight robbery. You’d expect it to be at least enough for a person, but that wasn’t the case.

The Lamb Biryani had very little meat, and the fried rice was mostly plain rice with frozen vegetables and just two tiny shrimp — completely lacking in flavor. The same went for the other dishes we tried, including the Goat Curry. Even the naan breads were disappointingly small.

Overall, the food was underwhelming in both quality and quantity. Not recommended.

Had food again from somewhere else later.

Authentic Indian food. Probably the best taste in the Area. Not the best for a sit-in. Get take away and have dinner in front of your BNB fireplace. Good value for money but portions aren't huge.

Don't know what's happened to this place. Butter chicken used to be delicious. Now it tastes like extremely sugary jam. Dont have it too late in the evening otherwise you will wake up with a sugar hangover in the morning. Pick and choose their prices by the day. Would not recommend anymore.

Ordered takeaway here last week which took about 35 minutes to prepare. Loved the garlic naan bread, vegetable curry and butter chicken. There could have been more chicken pieces in the butter chicken otherwise great food!

I feel very disappointed to say that food quality has lowered a lot. We ordered chicken curry and naan. The worst ever taste, consistency even look. Won’t eat again.

Very very disappointed with today's order.
Order was mixed up was cold and saag was like water. Had spent $60 and not worth at all.
Had to eat dinner elsewhere later on

Had takeaway tonight. Quality of food was poor. I can appreciate that they were down one chef but the food had hardly any flavour, undercooked vegetables. I was recommended this place saying it was the best Indian place in the yarra valley, but had two mouthfuls and couldn't eat the rest. I'm willing to give it a second chance so I'll be returning someday hoping the standard has improved
