Amazing Takeaway from Indian Pantry!

We ordered a takeaway box with Butter Chicken and Pantry Lamb Curry, and it was absolutely delicious! Everything was super fresh, and the mild dish had no spice at all, making it perfect for those who prefer a milder flavor. The naan was great too! Highly recommend and will definitely order again.

Ordered on Uber eats - delivery directly from restaurant (not via uber driver). Placed order at 7:11pm and estimated delivery was 7:30-7:50. Order didn’t arrive until 9:24pm!! Am only 2 suburbs over. Tried to call the restaurant multiple times while waiting, through both a business number linked in the uber app and a mobile number found on google and received no response. Was not contacted at all regarding a wait time of over 2 hours for my food. Didn’t think it was coming at all anymore.

Ordered takeaway from here. Flavour of dishes was good, butter chicken was slightly sweet. Small amount of meat (chicken & beef) in dishes was disgusting. I know it’s post COVID, cost of living crisis and all that but if I’m going to spend my hard dollars in your restaurant, don’t rip me off. Wouldn’t order from this restaurant again.

Great food, friendly service, comfortable ambience. Food is more to North Indian style hence not spicy (for me). Their naan breads were delicious, chicken tikka bohti pieces succulent and tender.

Clean and neat, reasonable prices, sufficient servings.

Only one drawback: the lamb in the briyani was a bit dry and chewy. Every other dish was delicious. We will try chicken briyani next time.

I was pleasantly surprised by this lovely Indian restaurant in the suburb. The meal was absolutely delicious, the service was attentive and friendly, and the ambiance was warm and inviting. It exceeded my expectations.

Update: While previously providing a solid 4-star review 3 years ago, things have clearly declined. Taking reviews like this seriously, it took hours to decide on whether it's a 2 or 3 star review.
The takeaway last night consisted of 4 curries. Due to the very little meat within the curries, we played a fantastic family game, where you try to find the meat amongst the large amounts of sauce, and if successful the family will applaud and award you one point. For the butter chicken the most we could score was 4-5 points.
The meat curries had so little meat that it could be classified vegetarian.

The Indian pantry is a delight to both the nose and the tastebuds. Water glasses were pleasing to the touch with great mouth feel. The wine bucket was able to comfortably fit the Chardonnay with adequate ice supplied. Plates were of perfect temperature, shape, colour, and quantity.
The service was beyond expectations with all three pieces of cutlery provided.
Food and staff were also excellent.
We will be back.
