Each and every staff member is well trained, well spoken and always treat the customers so patiently with best services. I have been using the services at rouse hill branch since 2021 and have always been super happy and satisfied with the services. Pooja is wonderful with facials, eyebrows, waxing and I always book appointment with her, she provides full attention, care and is very experienced. I always have great experience with any of the services and have never had any complaints . All three of the staff members, Malkeet, Swati and Pooja are fabulous and always provide great customer service. I am a proud regular customer of Indian Beauty Secrets, Rouse Hill. You don’t deserve any star
I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. Instead of shaping my eyebrows as requested, they ended up cutting them. When I pointed it out, they simply said, ‘It happens.’ This is completely unacceptable for a professional service. If you can’t provide what you promise, you shouldn’t be in business. Offering a discount doesn’t fix a mistake like this—I came for quality service, not to save money. When I brought it up, rather than apologizing, they simply said, ‘If you don’t like it, don’t come here.’ That kind of attitude towards customers is unacceptable. I will definitely not be returning, and if anyone is looking for quality eyebrow services, this is NOT the place to go.

To the manager, I did come to see you and you said you won’t be doing anything and that I wont be getting a refund even though you clearly don’t do the service I paid for!

I just had nanoplasty done by the hairdresser EG and later had the manager work on my hair also and it was the worst service I have ever received.
It cost me $220 and the treatment didn’t even work. I went back twice, once to get it fixed and second time to get my money back.
They refused to pay me my money back and they claimed they fixed my hair but didn’t.
They are not professional hairdressers and truly don’t know what they are doing.
I would NEVER recommend them. What a waste of time and money.
I’ve had this treatment several times previously elsewhere and has always given me great results. I’ll never go back there for any services!
I’m disgusted with their treatment.

I had the deep facial clean and neck, shoulder and back massage with Swati. She was very friendly and did a good job. The room was comfortable and clean and the atmosphere was very soothing and relaxing. My only issue was with the scheduling. My appointment was for 2pm but I was asked to come back at 2:30pm. I didn't want to extend my time due to other commitments as well as parking fees. I hope my next appointment will start as booked, as I feel the service I received was very good and the staff are friendly and professional. Thank you Swati!🌹
