Big thank you to Rowan, Dave, Jeremy, Sebastian and the rest of the InDepth crew who helped me complete the Open Water and Advanced Open Water courses in preparation for a diving holiday

The InDepth instructors and staff were extremely knowledge and importantly were really good at instructing for all abilities. They were able to adapt their teaching style based on student abilities and used great tools to explain the concepts.

I had fun on both courses and really appreciate the way they went the extra mile with their flexibility and amazing customer service. I would dive with them again in a heartbeat.

I needed a wet suit for when my husband and I went body boarding near Tathra in cold or windy weather. Rowan was incredibly helpful at finding the exact equipment I needed. We would never have worked this out sitting at home, on the web.

These guys are the type of people that will down sell you, because the cheaper product will suit you better. That's always the kind of person i trust.
They know there stuff! Every question you ask is given a thoughtful answer, and if your interested they are more than willing to explain there reasoning behind it.
They only stock high quality gear. That they can service and repair. And failing that, get replacements for.
I've done my advanced ticket with them, and the course was both informative and really fun! Really good value for money in my opinion.

Bought a dive watch online in April. Showed as in stock, but it turned out it wasn't. Called up and they said they would find out how long it would be to get them in, they didn't call me.
Gave it a month and called back, still not in stock. Asked for a refund.
- the manager isn't in for 4 days, call back then
- write it down and get him to refund me when he's next in, or get him to call me
- I'll try
- you don't need to try, just do it
They didn't call me. So I called them. Said they would do a refund. They didn't go a refund 10 days later. I had to contact my bank and dispute the charge to get a refund.
Do not shop with them, they are beyond incompetent - they are clearly scammers or crooks. Shocking.

I cannot thank In-depth Scuba enough for helping me obtain my Open Water certificate. From the staff in the shop to the instructors at the course ... everyone was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I love you guys (and gals), thanks for helping me tick something off my bucket list.
