In 2 Adventure were the amazing hosts of the 2016 National and World Cross Triathlon Championships that I was lucky enough to race. They did a stellar job with a great atmosphere, course and weekend of events. Can't wait until the next race!

I awoke with Covid on race day and contacted them via email immediately. I had no response and so 4 weeks later I contacted them again and still no reply. After my 3rd email 2 months after the event, I finally got a reply saying that I didn't supply 'follow up documentation'.

I must question, where was their 'follow up' from my 3 emails over 2 months!
I was only asking for a race credit (not my money back), but due to my lack of 'follow up' I was refused this.

I had entered with a group of 6 of us and I was the only one who pulled out - with a legit reason. My mate paid $100 for the short course and won this outright, only to be disappointed with his total prize of $50 for the win!

I will continue to race with other companies, but refuse to support these guys who are money hungry in my opinion.

Zero Stars if possible. This is my 2nd google review ever - I am not normally bothered to post stuff - but I would like to warn others on how these guys operate.

In2Adventure run super organized, value for money, awesome events. There are TreX -Triathlon distances for all abilities and ages and the mountain bike races are brilliant.

These guys run the best events. The atmosphere at all the events is just fun and it harbours a friendly competitive spirit amongst the competitors. You just have to love the tunes too.

In2Adventure are happy to take your money and not provide any information or confirmation regarding the event, website is poor and broken and communication is cowardly
