IMPACT Collective was wonderful. From the initial consultation with Eddie to meeting our lovely super duper organized wedding planner Star, they were awesome. If you have an event with a lot of moving parts, vendors, etc. You definitely need someone to coordinate all of that. Especially the closer you are to the event. Star had so many compliments from our other vendors to how organized it was. The day of the wedding, all of our guests complimented on how smooth the wedding which was very important for us as we don't like guests to sit around be bored and not know what's happening next. We had an amazing experience working with Stephanie and IMPACT Collective on our non-traditional wedding event last month. We threw a lot of curveballs at Stephanie throughout the process, and she not only caught what we were throwing, but was right there brainstorming and delivering on awesome ideas to really elevate our guests' experience. They coordinated a 2-couple wedding with outstanding professionalism and attention to detail. They showed awesome cultural competence as this was an ethnic wedding for which they did not have previous experience in. However they took our directions in stride and delivered well in the end. They were hands-on throughout the day on the wedding day, constantly corresponding with the venue staff and other vendors to ensure seamless execution of the program flow.
