Poor service - We went to open an everyday account and a term deposit, but the lady at the counter was rude, condescending, and talked over us, refusing all our requests. When we said we could hardly hear her through the plastic shield and preferred to come back for a private appointment, she refused to return our IDs right away, apologized without meaning it, and forced us to take the bank information pack.
