We travel on our booked holiday in November 24 but I wanted to write this review to thank the Imagine staff for thoughtful, knowledgeable attention to deal customer service. My husband and I travel frequently and have used other companies before and we have never received the same level of service that we are experiencing with Imagine.

If our holiday lives up to the pre trip experience it is going to be fantastic.

Looking forward to my upcoming cruise after an issue with one of travelling team not being able to travel due to back injury - NOTE: a costly & emotional set back for affected client as no re-arrangement or refund applies due to being so close to sail date. Without apportioning any spite, Imagine Holidays empathic response for the clients situation was caring and appropriate and for that we are very grateful. Important lesson learned. Our Travel Consultant, Rebecca Elsum, provided exceptional service to us and was so knowledgeable and helpful when we added Italy to the end of our 4 Queen's Cruise (scheduled for May 2025). She was able to recommend the cities we should go too and the main excursions and booked everything. We will certainly want to deal with her for future bookings. She also provided great suggestions when in each city as part of the 4 Queens Trip and we booked those as well. It was a pleasure dealing with her.

Our holiday in Cairns with Imagine was lovely. So well organised and stress free. The whole process went smoothly so we really enjoyed our trip away. Due to a minor hiccup with maintenance we were unable to travel on the overhead rail line so we were due for a partial refund. I had forgotten about it but Rebecca called to let me know that a credit was being processed and would be posted in a few days. Bec's manner and personality shone through confirming that her employer has real integrity in ensuring our credit was not forgotten. Thanks Rebecca, it was a pleasure in dealing with you.

Our booked holiday with Imagine Holidays was compromised by the Houthi's in the Red Sea. Imagine Holidays kept us fully informed and offered an altered itinerary, that unfortunately did not suit us. They promised to call us within three weeks to discuss and Bek Elsum from Imagine Holidays did exactly that. Net outcome we have booked a different cruise with them. Their communications, service and flexibility have all been "top - notch". Problems like the Red Sea Houthi's impacts on travel can and do, happen, but the way the travel company handles these issues can make or break a relationship. Imagine Holidays and Bek Elsum take a bow you are doing great.
