Beds, towels, couch were very comfortable and good quality like staying at a higher end hotel. Fully equipped kitchen and complimentary milk with tea/coffee. Hot good pressure shower. Great AC/fan. Good sized fully private back porch with chairs and beautiful plants. Owners were very kind and helped make late checkin easy. Common outdoor space with full kitchen/bbq and plenty of tables. Sandpit, trampoline and ball nets for kids to play or just chilling on the grass. Thank you so much!!

Last minute booking, staff were extremely helpful and friendly and were able to help us out for the night. Room was clean, beds comfortable and the price was fantastic. Great size room and from what we saw the facilities available to guests were great. Highly recommend.

What a gem this two bedroom wheelchair accessible apartment was! It was a pleasure to stay in. This apartment has been thoughtfully designed with the wheelchair user in mind. There are large, lowered light switches throughout, the kitchen has large pullout drawers at wheelchair height so that all crockery and pots and pans can be accessed independently, and there is ample space to allow for wheelchair turning circles. It has a queen bed and two singles. very spacious living area, and spacious kitchen. The well equipped kitchen is average height and accessible by parking a wheelchair side facing the cupboards. There was ample room next to either side of the queen bed to park a wheelchair, with power points on both sides for charging equipment. The large bathroom is fully wheelchair accessible with a right hand transfer toilet. The unit was very clean, modern, and tastefully decorated, and in a great location. The Managers were very helpful and hospitable. There was an undercover carpark at the front of the apartment, and a shared laundry at the motel. Just a couple of suggestions - The mirror and power point over the bathroom sink are too high to utilise but could potentially be lowered to be more accessible, and the microwave could be lowered onto a bench for better access.

We were greeted very warmly by owner Nathan who gave us all the directions to find our way around Iluka.
The queen room we were in was spotless.
A must do in Iluka is the World Heritage Rainforest walk, an easy 2.6km flat walk out to the Bluff for spectacular views.

18kms off highway from same road in/out but worth every peaceful minute of sleep with no noise
Rooms & amenities are comfy & adequate
Make a detour (upon wake up) into town for brunch = Sausage Rolls are to die for

We really enjoyed the motel ,staff, and location as well as the township. Over all a better place to consider retirement rather than Yamba but it is a matter to personal choice.
