Booked a cab, driver wanted $50.00 cash up front or would not let me in the car (I am a well presented 27 year old business owner).

Drove me 5.2km (8 minutes) to my destination without turning the meter on and gave me $2.70 change.

$47.30 for 5km? WILL NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. ABSOLUTELY VILE.

$16 on uber, no wonder we do not book cabs no more!

Do not use this appalling service! Called & booked to be picked up from a wedding and was told 10pm. Proceeded to call back an hour later to change the times and was told we had no original booking. The supervisor informed us a driver would be on the way in 40 minutes and was friendly. After 55 minutes of waiting, we did a follow up call to be told there was no record of anything whatsoever and there were no drivers leaving us stranded in the middle of no where at 10:40pm. If I could rate less then 1 star, I would. Do not rely on this service.

Absolutely terrible, pre booked in Kiama, call centre called to confirm before, driver never turned up. Driver called about 15 minutes after he was ment to show up asking if he was still needed. My wheelchair bound parent almost missed a medical appointment. Honestly just AVOID. These guys are terrible.

The worst company and customer service in Australia. We pre booked a taxi for 7 people and confirmed with them twice. Come pick up time there was no taxi and the lady we spoke to said a confirmation isn’t really a confirmation and that she may be able to get a taxi for &175 when we were originally told $65. This resulted in people having to drive with alcohol in there system as they were stranded with nowhere to go. We had older people and little people
Depending on this service and that it didn’t show up is total rubbish

If you’re in need of a lift somewhere, walking to your destination is more reliable than ordering a taxi with this company.

If you’re thinking you will be cleaver and pre book a taxi, well think again as pre booking a taxi also isn’t a reliable way to have one waiting at your door.
The dispatch lady told me she was having a hard time getting drivers to accept my job because it turns out drivers will decline jobs if they deem them a waste of their time.

After two weeks of me booking a taxi at the exact same time in the early hours of the morning, the drivers worked out the job was worth $15 to them so they started declining the job and even refused dispatch orders to come and get me.

So book an Uber or walk because both are more reliable.

The service by initial reception is Gold service to the taxi drivers professional and caring Highly recommended the people in staff in the company of this TAXI SERVICE even in the early hours of the morning (2am)

This really should be a zero star rating. Booked a taxi for a very early morning collection from a train station (2 am) and they never showed up and eventually advised that no drivers were available despite booking hours ahead of time. Totally left stranded and had to walk for an hour with luggage. I would strongly advise not to use this company.

I had pre-booked a taxi in for at mid-morning pickup. 10 mins after the confirmed pre-booked time, I called only to be told “we’re looking to assign a driver”. I cancelled and booked an Uber instead.
