She was prompt in doing a rental estimation and, once provided with all our details, had it advertised in no time, holding multiple inspections and effectively vetting applicants (emailing me all the details). The professional advice through the process has been so valuable as we now manage the ongoing rental process privately but with confidence that the tenancy agreement and all the legal requirements are in place. BE WARNED

This is the most unprofessional and dishonest property agency we have ever dealt with. Their lack of accountability and disregard for tenants' rights is unacceptable. They have no respect for tenancy laws or privacy, allowing the landlord’s friend to install cameras pointing at our daughter’s bedroom window, our front door, and the driveway entrance, even recording audio conversations. When we raised concerns with IEA, they responded that the landlord had given permission and that we were not to touch them.

It took them over three months to repair our unusable oven. Rent increases were excessive every 12 months, and the staff turnover was so high that we could barely keep track of who our property manager was. The agent we dealt with had a clear sense of power over us, often speaking down to us in an argumentative and condescending manner. When we moved out, they attempted to charge us for pre-existing damage that they had failed to document in their initial entry report—but fortunately, we had our own evidence. We fought for our bond and won.

Avoid this agency at all costs—they are only in it for the money. We’re relieved to be done with their unethical practices.
