I have done business before with the agency so I have sent an email requesting a new booking for me and my family overseas .
I got a call from one of the staff (male) can’t recall the name and we starting discussing options then he told me I got to pick a customer call and will call you back and never Did!!
I don’t know what you call this and I will leave it to you but so disappointing
