My daughter booked a package deal as a surprise birthday for her husband, I had a milestone bday also so booked as well for my husband and myself. I missed out by a day on their deal and was told this is still good at the same price!!!. After paying, then looking further into it I was not able to cancel or even get a credit...it was worse than i thought. We stayed in a dingy horrid "villa" no outlook, no atmosphere or anywhere decent to sit outside, the air con didn't work properly pumping out 27deg warm rancid air. We complained but it was never fixed, they got it down to 25deg. Consequently those 6 terrible nights left us with throat and chest infections. We are so exhausted and disappointed. I would never book with a company like that again. Big money, little care. Customer care is overseas somewhere and hard to understand them. We emailed whilst away and told contact customer service again.

We have found this company to be excellent, having booked an extensive European trip including an 18 night Mediterranean cruise for later this year..... all without any hassle so far. Everything to date has run smoothly & we have always had updated information provided to us promptly & professionally. We did however have some additional questions regarding our extensive trip & whilst on the Gold Coast for a vacation we took the opportunity to pop into the Ignite Travel ( 'My cruises' ) office at Broadbeach. There, we were met by Sharon King, a lovely lady, who we found to be very friendly, helpful & professional in every way. Sharon's knowledge & assistance with our query was fantastic & made us feel very relaxed knowing that we were in good hands. Thank you Sharon.

We booked with Aldi operated by Ignite.
We DO NOT HAVE ANY information about where we'll stay in Japan or Korea.
The name and address of the hotels we do not know.
DO NOT BOOK HOLIDAYS WITH ALDI OR IGNITE its impossible to contact them.
I would never book with Aldi or Ignite again.
When will we get information about our hotels?
The names?
The address?
Why is it for forthcoming when a booking is made 6 months ago.
Money is taken IMMEDIATELY and then nothing.
Please be very careful about Aldi holidays and Ignite.

China tour 20 days May 25. Fantastic your, well organised and executed to perfection. 20 days ( including Yangtze River cruise and Terracotta worriers) is good duration, when first week of tourist factories is over. The your leader Qi, is wealth of knowledge and experience that she gave us in abundance. Other tour guides Sofie, Ray are fantastic too. Highly recommend

We have a big holiday booked with this company and I really wish I hadn't. We've paid a lot of money and I'm so worried because the customer service is absolutely atrocious. Great when signing you up and promising the world, then nothing no responses, begged to have flights booked asked to refund as things had changed and met with a flat no, it will cost.

Very, very nervous as the girl we have dealt with has blamed us for the booking being wrong, flights being wrong. Not sure how that's our fault.

I'd prefer a refund but I guess we have to hope and pray we get a holiday.

Beware this company. We requested a wheelchair for all flights, nothing was booked. Had to push my friend in a wheelchair for all flights and transfers between domestic and international. I am 70 my friend is 72.
Hotels that showed on line as available we were told were not available. Even though we advised them my friend had mobility issues the hotel was not advised and put us upstairs a long way from lifts and amenities.
We were booked into Beachcomber Resort in Fiji, although it’s beautiful and the staff are amazing, the resort is undergoing renovations and there are very limited food and drinks options. It’s all very basic not as advertised by MyFiji.
I don’t blame the resort but the travel consultant for lacking the knowledge and the care she showed us with the booking.
I emailed her on the Sunday as we were leaving on Tuesday, asking for flight tickets and yesterday 2 days into our trip received a reply saying we would receive our documents 14 days prior to departure. What a Fing joke!
I don’t think it’s ready to receive guests. For the amount of money we have spent I am really NOT happy and feel we should receive a refund.

Very poor customer service,very unhelpful while trying to get a refund on an involuntry airfare downgrade. Waiting since Sept. 2023 for an outcome. Still waiting. Thank you for the response to my review.

I will not show my booking number on this site due to security concerns, however refer this complaint to your Cruise Air- Manager Sarah Bentley she is supposed to be arranging an outcome for me. With no success for now. Seems like you are putting me on a merry go round !

Just arrived back from 12 days in China. Absolutely recommend the company and trip - Chengdu to Shanghai. The group positively loved our helpful guide, Judy Cui. We were all 'Judy family'. Nothing was too much trouble. 🙂 The other 2 guides Pong and Gavin were also great.

The information, care, organisation, accommodation (mostly 4/5 star) and travel over vast differences was run like clockwork.

The main reason for 4 stars rather than 5 was mainly the inability to adjust the air conditioning in the hotel rooms. Apparently a govt regulation. 26oC to 29oC was far too hot for sleep.

The last hotel in Shanghai was poor, due to their supplied breakfast service being terrible. Gavin was made aware and due to complaints advised the company won't use them again.

Absolutely recommend. Thank you. Well done!
