Once again, Desiree has provided exceptional service and came through with great return business class flights from Adelaide to Seattle (for our Canada experience). Desiree even picked up that my passport would be close to expiring by the time that I travelled (which I did not even give a thought). We got great business class seats but certainly a first class service from iflayflat.

We used iFLYflat to book a trip to Japan Business class from Sydney and they were able to find a Qantas reward flight within a couple of weeks in peak season (the Japanese Summer). We were unable to get two flights on reward points and had to buy one return flight using cash but just getting one return flight Business Class with a few months' notice and in peak season is pretty amazing and saved us a lot of money. I would not have had the time to secure these flights using points.
