We took months looking at different vans and a company that would work with us to create our dream van. Once we discussed our dream van with Ideal RV we knew this was the company for us. Nick was amazing and was so helpful, we made many changes and he helped us with all of them. We picked up our van and it’s been beautifully built, the team at Ideal RV really pride themselves in their work. I really believe you get what you pay for and we could not be happier. The build time was exactly as was promised. I would highly recommend Ideal RV you to will be super impressed.

The team at iDeal Caravans made buying a new van from WA really easy. We called Nick to discuss our options and from the start the communication and customer service was really good. We discussed back and forth about different options and it never seemed to be an issue. After finalising the caravan we wanted, Nick stayed in contact over the build period and sent progress photos along the way. We drove over to get our van and couldn’t be happier with the final product.

We’ve had our IdealRV Family Getaway 21 for a little while now, and we absolutely love it! We mostly use it for camping trips, usually a week at a time, and it’s been perfect for our family. The build quality is fantastic—everything feels solid and built to last.

The beds are super comfortable, especially after we added a mattress topper from Spotlight (highly recommend that little upgrade!). It’s got plenty of space for the whole family, and we love how practical the layout is for longer stays.

The pricing was really competitive compared to others we looked at, but the quality is top-notch. We honestly couldn’t be happier with our choice.

We’re currently planning a half lap with it, and we can’t wait to hit the road and create even more memories. If you’re looking for a well-made, family-friendly caravan, I’d definitely recommend looking at IdealRV.

After sitting on the fence between a couple of other manufacturers we decided build our second van with iDeal Caravans Ideal RV caravans South Australia as we were really happy with our first ideal van and their after sales support. We had a picture in mind as to what we wanted, and after many calls/txt’s & emails (sorry Nick 😂) this is the end result… Ralf here in SA was awesome at handover as were Nick and the team in Vic throughout the build. They absolutely nailed it, so many non standard features and custom floor plan, stoked with the build quality and overall finish of the van, wouldn’t hesitate to build with them again (not that we’ll need to anytime soon)

We received our van mid Dec 23 and love it. Nick is amazing and so accommodating and knowledgeable.
I was able to go to the work shop area to get measurements whenever I needed, take as many photos as I liked and just look at it.
The day we picked up our van Nick spent 2 hours with us going over every detail. He spent time explaining the annexe which was assertion for novices like us.
I videos most of the handover which was invaluable. You always forget something so it’s great to have the information to look back on. Nick was very accommodating again throughout the handover.
We took our van away over the Christmas holidays and loved it. The van tows beautifully. It was a great test to see if everything worked and how long water lasted, toilet lasted before needing to empty etc .
The quality of all the fittings and accessories and white goods are top quality.

I would and have recommended Nick and Ideal caravan's to anyone I talk to that are on the lookout for a Caravan.

We tried a few van manufacturers but Ideal RV seemed to be the only ones who could help us with all the changes and extra items we wanted to add to the van. We highly recommend Nick and Danny and all the team at Ideal RV. We picked up the van on a Saturday and went straight to a caravan park for a couple nights and not one issue.
