A prompt, welcoming and efficient check-in. The room was an Ibis room as expected. I appreciated the drink provided in the fridge in lieu of the Complimentary Welcome Drink which can't be used at Ibis The Entrance. Accor Plus cannot be used in the Diggers Restaurant but a continental breakfast is provided for Platinum members. All in all, a pleasant stay.

Recently stayed a few nights and had a power outage one of the mornings which although is not the fault of the hotel, the inconvenience of not being able to charge anything and having to shower in the dark with cold water and not being offered as much as a dinner voucher at the reciprocal sports club next door left a sour taste from our stay given the high price we were paying for the weekend. All we kept being told was there's nothing they can do.. well there were quite a few things they could've done to compensate for the inconvenience. Also having drunks come in late at night yelling and slamming doors wasn't conducive to a good night's sleep. Also the food quality at the diggers club was terrible for the price. Several other patrons looked less than impressed also by what was dished up in front of them. Still paying for eating the pizza now...

Excellent wheelchair accessible room with the bathroom modern and well planned. No flooding on the bathroom floor after a shower either!! Customer service one of the best I have ever received... Staff were helpful and cheerful ensuring that everything was suitable for my needs. Well done... Ibis the Entrance we had an amazing stay and will be back!!

Highly recommended this lovely place! You feel so welcomed on arrival and during your stay. We had a bad experience elsewhere so needed a room at 930pm, Gerard was so accommodating for us and helped us get settled in a room quick that was modern, clean and lovely. After what we had just experienced, he was so apologetic for what had happened to us! Do yourself a favour and choose here to stay I have 0 complaints! Thank you guys so much for having us! Also great prices very cheap for what you get

Clean, fresh, comfortable rooms at an affordable price. Great customer service received with a special mention to Gerard. Hotel is also conveniently located attached to Diggers club for quick access to grab dinner or breakfast. Easy walk to Long Jetty wharf which i recommend visiting at sunset for stunning views and photo opportunities. I'd stay here again if visiting The Entrance. Only negative is hallway noise is noticeably audible in rooms i.e. guests talking, doors slamming etc, this may pose an issue for light sleepers.

Lovely clean Ibis Styles. Very reasonable rates. I got an upgrade to the top floor and a warm welcome as an Accor Plus Platinum member.||The Hotel is very clean and rooms are spacious. Meals are available by a covered walkway at the Diggers Club next door.||Nice spot for an overnight stopover on our drive south.

Rooms are clean and spacious, staff service is great, could hear someone clapping cheeks at one point so lost a star but overall it's good, connects into the diggers club so food is easily accessible.

We had a lovely time here, was a beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Hotel was nice and clean. You can access Diggers from the hotel where we had dinner. Highly recommend and definitely will be staying here again
