Rooms are very clean, quiet and accommodating. My partner called late in the night for a booking and requested a room with a bath, we were pleasantly surprised with the service and price of the room. Bed was very comfy and Linnen/towels were very clean. Staff were absolutely beautiful on checkout as we slept in past checkout and they had no problems with us checking out quite late in the afternoon. We really enjoyed our stay and found it easy to relax here even with a newborn. Highly recommend!!!

Great value for the money I paid. We stopped over for a night on our way from Sydney. The receptionist was very polite and friendly. The room was pleasant and very clean!! The sheets and towel were crispy white and clean. I liked the water pressure in the shower. It was much better than that of the 5 star hotel in Sydney that we had stayed in for the last 9 days. The room had a microwave, mini bar fridge, utensils and basic toiletries. I highly recommend this place for short stays. Will definitely stay here again in the future. IMPRESSED. KEEP IT UP!! 10/10!!!!!

It's an old building and quite far from bus services. The room I got doesn't have a table (only a chair), so I could not do my work comfortably. I was on the 2nd floor, the roof is quite direct and I believe there were possums running on it all the time.

Booked two rooms with breakfast for 5 people, told no breakfast available, had to request a refund for the paid breakfast.
Both rooms in different buildings.
Window doesn’t open, curtains not attached to windows, chair damaged, hair dryer not working, no hot water in hand basin, exhaust fan in bathroom is filthy and damaged, light switch next to bed taped over.

Don’t stay here unless you have too.

Paid in full then told there would be no room services to make beds while we stay.
And no breakfast.

At that point I said we paid for breakfast so I want a refund.
We were told to ask for it on departure.

They reluctantly agreed.

The reception and the rooms have a strange distinct unpleasant smell. It is not from age or dirt, just the spray they use. I can't tell what it is. My room was very stuffy because the air conditioner was broken. Luckily I was given another room with a working air conditioner. The bed was reasonably comfortable.

My flight was delayed and I arrived at Ibis reception past midnight. The reception was closed but they had a late check in phone number provided at the reception door but the phone was switched off! I was stranded in the dark and cold and worried for my safety. There was not even a sensor light at the front door of the reception! I had to frantically call so many other hotels to get a room for the night! I would not recommend Ibis at all! Terrible experience! Why would they have a after hour number but not switched on?!

We book this through Accor plus and thinking part of Accor group and it will not be that bad .Our first family room has many small spiders on the ceiling . I had killed at least 6 and there are more . My wife is terrified of spider and I went to reception advising the issue and the gentleman kindly swapping us to an executive room . ( I check the room to make sure it is free of spider )
As the room only has a queen bed and sofa bed , the gentleman doesn’t know how to turn the sofa bed to a bed . To my horror when i open the bed , there was 2 earwigs insect and I have to kill them , I have never felt terrific staying in a Accor group hotel .
There are even dog staying in the hotel even though it mention no pet!!! Can hear dog parking from the room across the hall way.
Outside , it need to be clean by gardeners as it is full of weed . I will take a photo later and upload.
We had stay in many accor hotel and this will be the worst so far .
