This is my go-to in Broken Hill for work travel. Great staff. I find the best comfortable, but my co-worker said she didn't, but I sleep great here. ||After a long day, its nice to order room service. Here's something you don't even get at the four seasons...... I ordered dinner with their peanut butter ice cream cake for dessert. They bring me my meal, and tell me they'll be back a little bit later with my dessert. Not because they're busy, so that it doesn't melt while you eat your dinner. Such a simple act, but much appreciated by this guest! ||Thanks for the great stays.

First I thought it's a nice hotel. But the truth is: I have never seen so many cockroaches at one spot before in my life!||After I killed the 7th cockroach in my room in the evening I went to the reception. And then I saw where all the cockroaches came from: outside my room in the corridor I saw hundreds (yes, seriously. I don't exaggerate: hundreds ) of cockroaches. Small ones and also very big ones.||How did they get in my room: There is a small gap between all room doors and the floor. I saw also in front of neighbouring rooms great numbers of cockroaches. I am sure, they have been in all rooms.||Cockroaches are bad and disgusting enough. But even worse was the reaction of the guy at reception: first he tried to fool me by replying with a smile "that's normal here, we have always many cockroaches". When I told him that this is not normal he came with me to my room and was himself obviously shocked by the huge amount of cockroaches everywhere inside and outside the room. ||No, it's not normal that a hotel is full of cockroaches. It's disgusting and a proof of poor hygiene. I wonder how many cockroaches they have in their restaurant.||Shut down the hotel, call pest control for a couple of days. And give the receptionist some training how to deal with complaints.||I moved out the same evening.

Great location, every food place is within 500mts. Great rooms, very Cosy place!
For me, it just earned bonus points as it had a guest laundry!! On a long road trip, this place just made it so easy for us to deal with the laundry!
Also, it's got a great restaurant and parking is ok as well (just have to be lucky to find a spot inside)!
Overall, a great place to stay!

What a fantastic find. We loved our room and the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Dinner would have to be one of the best regional meals I’ve ever had. Check it out. There is a pool for the warmer months, but overall the experience and the staff were terrific

Most enjoyable stay. The room was well presented with a fresh feel. We were very thankful to the receptionist who relocated us out of a smaller room given that we were there for a two night stay. This is the second time we have stayed here and we were not disappointed The staff are very friendly and positive making the stay even more enjoyable. The location is ideal as it’s not far to walk into town to access hotels and restaurants.

This is the second time we've stayed here, the staff are always friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, modern and tidy. The onsite restaurant has a great breakfast, no need to go out for breakfast. Would recommend staying here.

This is a comfortable accommodation. However, there are no draft stoppers on the door which leave a gapping hole at the bottom of the door, there is no microwave in the room nor any other dishes and in todays day and age theses should just be standard inclusions in any room.
The staff were excellent and answered any inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.

Really good service and very comfortable place to stay. Make sure you have the barramundi it will melt in your mouth.
