Booked for 5 days. Good location. Great staff people.

Room: Beds were terrible super low quality....sinking in. Showers were cold during the night times....have to wait till afternoon if you want hot a shower.

Parking: Even if you confirm a spot well in advance...beware that there is no guarantee of availability. Thats what happened to us. Property told us to park on the street (at our own risk of fines/tows).

Called to check availability for two nights for the end of February 2025 - was told it's a minimum 3 night stay or there was no availability - at this point I did not advise I was looking to book three rooms - this was mid week and not over a weekend.
Called back later that afternoon after speaking with other work colleagues that said they had stayed for one night in the past.
Called again to book three rooms for the same two nights and one room for one night - advised what government department I was from and was advised by the motel staff member that it was a minimum two night booking for all rooms?
Is it a minimum of one, two or three nights?
I think this motel needs to decide if they want bookings or not.
We won't be making bookings here again in the future.

Busy hotel. Often booked full. Loud somewhat intoxicated guests. Receptionist excellent. Check-in is automated but ladies to assist are closeby. Restaurant attached 3 out of 5 stars. Waitress could do better.

Couldn’t agree more strongly with other reviewers who state zero empathy and the fall back position of their cancellation terms and conditions.|Was due to stay this week but because of a last minute medical emergency we were unable to use the booking. Guess what I didn’t get 72 hours notice to my emergency so neither did the motel. If you are planning to cancel then make sure your emergency happens 72 hours prior your stay. No refund, no consideration to even a half refund. Dreadful customer service and a shocking cancellation policy.|How many people really read the pages of terms and conditions- please do if thinking of booking this motel. |Buyer beware!

For the last 8 years, we've been staying at The Huskisson Beach Motel. We have an annual trip to Huskisson with a crew of 8 motorcycles. In this time, we have never had one single issue. From the booking to checkout the experience
is faultless. Clean tidy rooms, excellent location with fair pricing and great service. I can't recommend highly enough and we are looking forward to booking again for next year.

Buyer beware! Please read the terms and conditions policy before booking and please ensure you have 3 days notice for any unforeseen emergency because even then you won’t get a refund!
Zero empathy, zero care, zero consideration. A shocking cancellation policy heavily weighted in favour of taking your money!

Comfy space with everything you'll need for a few nights. My only complaint would be the bathroom as it was pretty compact. However, the rooms were clean, and the service was great.

My partner and I drove down to Jervis Bay this week to stay in one of the Huskisson beach escape rooms that belong to the Motel. ||||I think it would be a massive understatement to say we were disappointed…||||Sand, human hair and a grit like substance was found in the bed. The sheets were ripped and there wasn’t an actual duvet but instead a blanket disguised as one. We found it hard to believe that the place had even been cleaned since the last guests. The floors were dirty and the cabinets were cracked and falling apart. ||||Despite being promised high speed WiFi, there either wasn’t any at all or such a weak connection that nothing loaded anyway. ||||We were woken at 5am to the generator going outside our rooms as well as a constant dripping of the drain pipe onto the tin! It was so disruptive we struggled to get back to sleep. ||||On this note, we decided to cut our stay short but unfortunately were not recompensed for the night we didn’t stay. Our emails have gone unanswered and we have been left incredibly upset by the whole experience. ||||As once said in the Inbetweeners movie, “I can’t help but feel a sh*t in the corner of the room would have cheered the place up”.||||In summary, we would not recommend staying here.
