Bought from HWS a few times. Most recently bought a transducer adaptor. I had the yak booked into the shop and was worried the part was not going to come out to me in time (I ordered over Easter break with lots of public holidays). I rung them up to query the status, they decided to send it express so that it would arrive to me in time. Might not be the biggest thing in the world, but means I will have the yak ready to go by my annual leave with new sounder in place, and is greatly appreciated.

The team at HWS helped me select the appropriate kayak and fit it out perfectly for the sort of fishing I do. They're competitively priced, have excellent communication skills and managed to sort out everything I needed in rapid time so that I could take my brand new Hobie Compass with me on a rapidly approaching holiday. Thank you very much guys! I couldn't have asked for anything more.

BUYER BEWARE of ONLINE purchases from this fraudulent outfit. So many posiitive reviews - look closely for the many written by paid reviewers, friends and family. If you go down further you will find the truth about this seller that is keeping Fair Trading busy with complaints about them. Part of a growing trend of bricks and mortar outlets that use online sales interstate to dump their defective and used products on to online purchasers knowing the difficulties of pursuing a refund from interstate.

If you scroll down you'll find the real reviews about these fraudsters before you part with money for faulty reject products that they can't offload in their store.

Great people to deal with! Really helpful and easy to deal with.

I ordered a new Hobie Compass, they fitted the fish finder, hatch and a few other accessories and delivered it to me in Sydney a few days later. Very responsive to questions, and nice to deal with.

I recently purchased a kayak battery from HWS and couldn't be happier with the service I received. Very easy going people, no high pressure sales tactics which made the decision to purchase my new Outback very easy. Was pleasently surprised by the fast and free delivery as well.

Love the Yak and am really enjoying no longer being stuck on the shore or waiting for my mates to want to take their boats out.
